Our terms and conditions of sale, as well as the terms and conditions of the use of our website, our privacy policy and our security policy shall form an integral part of the contract concluded with you, as part of the services we provide as a network of yachts rental services providers. Together, they shall form and are called herein "Our Sales Terms and Conditions". These terms and conditions shall apply to all our contracts in accordance with our services, excluding any other terms and conditions. no other terms & conditions whatsoever shall be accepted in WWW.ALBATROSSLCCYACHTING.COM reservation action. The acceptance of these services or a signature on any agreement or contract shall be considered as a conclusive evidence of your acceptance of these terms & conditions. WWW.ALBATROSSLCCYACHTING.COM may also make changes to the terms and conditions to from time to time, and you are advised to check our web site for any changes to the terms & conditions that may concern you directly.

Any rental of a yachts is subject to the rental terms and conditions imposed by our suppliers and to the country's legislation and / or the state where the rental takes place.

Any yacht shall be provided by us directly on this site or by an agent of a rent company. Our trade position will depend on our relationship with the yachts rent company.

These terms and conditions shall apply to all the reservations you make from us directly or through this website; so be sure to read the content. Our terms and conditions of sale as well as those of our local providers contain some exclusions and limitations of liability. The reservation you shall make on this website is subject to your approval of our terms and conditions. So, if you do not agree with any of these conditions, you must not under any circumstances proceed with the reservation. And upon your confirmation that you wish to reserve a yacht through this website, you acknowledge thereby, that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, and if you do not fully understand one or more of our sales terms and conditions, or if you have any queries about the lease or other queries, please feel free to contact us.

Under certain circumstances, it happens that we do not know if our local suppliers have a particular yacht . This will be clearly notified before or after sending your reservation. And if necessary, we will put the yacht "on demand" with our local supplier. This means that even if we cannot immediately confirm the availability of the product you order, we shall make all the necessary efforts to acquire it and we will contact you within 48 hours of your request, and if the suggested choice for replacement is not appropriate to you, you shall be fully reimbursed.

When you agree to rent a yacht or other product on this website at the suggested price, the reservation may be accepted within 24 hours of your application (or up to 12 hours prior to your arrival, if the reservation is scheduled less than 24 hours before the start of the rental). We shall notify you by email and by telephone with our " Albatross Lufthansa Guests Services" service and we will send you a booking confirmation if it is accepted. Please note that you will not receive the lease contract at the offered price if your booking has not been confirmed and the due payment not received. If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Please note that any contract concluded shall be made with the person who presently order the yacht , and that all correspondence shall be sent to the notified address, even if the rental payment is made by a third person. To avoid confusion, nothing in our terms & conditions of sale indicates that a third party can claim any benefits or rights under British law of 1999 on Contracts (Rights of Third Parties).

Accuracy of Information

Although we strive to ensure the accuracy of the information found on this website, neither we, nor our affiliates, suppliers, or agents, can be held responsible for the accuracy of such information. It is solely your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness, and usefulness of all information/data provided on this website.

The rent confirmation must be presented to our local supplier at the time of taking possession of the yacht . We will not be liable for the refusal of the rent if the confirmation receipt is not presented.

What is included or not included in the price

Please read the specific terms and conditions in your agreement rental.


For your peace of mind, WWW.ALBATROSSLCCYACHTING.COM highly recommends you take note of the extent of the protection provided, and if necessary, to purchase additional coverage for your husband / wife, children or relatives who accompany you on board the yacht.

Fuel policy and deposits required on site

Most of our onsite suppliers will ask for a deposit at the start of the rent period to cover fuel costs, deductible liability and other expenses incurred during the rent. A valid credit card is required in most cases (check with the Call Center); This deposit will be returned upon return of the yacht are returned in the same condition as when take possession, and the fuel policy has been respected (Please note that this amount will be released within a period of a maximum 7 days).

Most companies provide the yacht with a full fuel tank and it should be returned full, otherwise the client will be bill for the cost of a full tank and the service. When the rental company charges you for fuel, the cost may be higher than at a local petrol station.

APA ( Included and not included for overnight charter )

Overnight - weekly charter in MYBA Terms

The Charter Fee includes the charter of the Vessel with all its equipment in working order; tools; stores; cleaning materials and basic consumable stores for engine room, deck, galley and cabins; laundry of ship’s linen; the crew’s wages, uniforms and food; the insurance of the Vessel and crew A 30% ADVANCE PROVISIONING ALLOWANCE (APA) WILL BE COLLECTED BEFORE DEPARTURE

The CHARTERER will pay, at cost, for all other expenses. These include, but are not limited to, shoreside transport; fuel for the main engines and generators; fuel for tenders and water sports equipment; food and all beverages for the Charter Party; berthing dues and other harbour charges including pilots’ fees, local taxes, divers’ fees, customs formalities and any charges for waste disposal, charges for water and electricity taken from shore; ships’ agents’ fees where applicable; personal laundry; Charter Party communications and internet use; and hire or purchase costs of any special equipment placed on board at the CHARTERER’s request.

Having paid the Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) via the Broker’s Account, the CHARTERER shall be advised by the Captain, at intervals, as to the disbursement of the APA and shall, if the balance remaining becomes insufficient in the light of current expenditure, pay to the Captain a sufficient sum to maintain an adequate credit balance. The OWNER shall ensure the Captain will exercise due diligence in the expenditure of the APA. Any charges or fees related to the transfer of the APA to the Vessel are for the CHARTERER’s account. Exchange rates, if applicable, cannot be guaranteed.

Prior to disembarkation at the end of the Charter Period, the Captain shall present to the CHARTERER a detailed account of expenditure, with as many supporting receipts as possible, and the CHARTERER shall pay to the Captain the balance of the expenses or the Captain shall repay to the CHARTERER any balance overpaid, as the case may be.

Rental time / daily rate calculation / Extension of yacht rental period

Rental periods are calculated by periods of 24 hours with 1 night on board with minimum of 3 days, or 2 days with 1 night, or weekly by 24 hours and more time, or 8 hours in day-charter at the price confirmed at the time of booking. if you wish to extend the rental period after taking possession of the boat, or if you wish to return it later that the date / time indicated on your order / booking confirmation, your contact will be our local supplier, who will charge the local daily tariff (which may be much higher than our price in your original reservation).

Early Returns / extensions of yacht rent period.

The duration of your rent starts and ends according to the taking possession and return dates shown on your order / booking confirmation. Unfortunately,WWW.ALBATROSSLCCYACHTING.COM cannot refund unused days if the vehicle is returned earlier or taken later than expected. If you are unable to take the yacht at the time and date agreed upon, it is important to contact us as soon as possible. If you do not, you will have no guarantee that the boat is always available - and you will not be entitled to any refund.

One-way yacht

Rentals in one way must be confirmed in advance and may be subject to an extra charges called "drop-off", to be paid directly to our local supplier. We will inform you of the approximate cost of a one-way once we receive your booking request and confirmation from our local supplier.

Personalized services on board of yacht.

Additional equipment are available on request with most suppliers, although they are not guaranteed.These accessories are usually subject to extra charges payable to our local supplier. Please check with our Call Center if these facilities are included.

Any request for additional services must be made at the time of booking. For more personalized service, on board of a ship or for your stay in a villa or an apartment, should be made at the time of reservation at WWW.ALBATROSSLCCYACHTING.COM customer service " Albatross Lufthansa Guests Services" who will forward your request to our local partner, to whom you shall make payment directly.

If You Wish to Make Changes to Your Booking

No charge will be made for amending your booking before the start of your rental provided that the duration remains the same and that our partner has the required availability. This excludes any cost increases caused by a material change to the booking, such as its duration or the car class – or by the car hire company changing its rates following the original booking. With certain car hire companies, amending the driver's name or the pick-up location may require the cancellation and re-booking of a rental. To cancel your booking, please contact the guest services Albatross Lufthansa. Terms & conditions vary per the supplier company and will be clearly communicated during the booking process.

For rental cancellations Yachts


a) i) Should the CHARTERER give notice of cancellation of this Agreement on or at any time before the commencement of the Charter Period, some or all of the Charter Fee may be retained by the OWNER determined as follows:

  • After this Agreement is signed but before the final instalment is due to be paid, the OWNER shall be entitled to retain the first instalment.
  • After any subsequent instalments are due to be paid, the OWNER shall be entitled to retain the first instalment and any subsequent instalments due. 

If any of the instalments are due to be paid but have not been paid then the OWNER shall have a claim against the CHARTERER for the amount so due.

If We Make Changes to Your Booking

Occasionally it may be necessary for changes to be made to your booking (after acceptance of the renter). In all such cases we will advise you, the renter, as soon as reasonably possible before pick-up and, if the proposed changes are unacceptable, you will be offered a full refund. However, in such circumstances, we shall have no additional liability in respect of any direct or indirect losses you may suffer as a result of such changes.

Documentation required for yacht

Your WWW.ALBATROSSLCCYACHTING.COM online booking confirmation will normally be available once full payment has been received and the product confirmed by the hiring company. When failure to provide a valid credit card, this will be treated as a 'No Show', which means you will not be entitled to a refund of money paid. Please ensure that you travel with your booking confirmation, your full valid identification document.


If you, the renter, are dissatisfied in any way with your rental, please report this to the car hire company and our customer service " Albatross Lufthansa Guests Services" which will be available for you to find a solution as soon as feasible. It is difficult

for WWW.ALBATROSSLCCYACHTING.COM to assess any claim regarding your rental if this action is not taken at the time. If you, the renter, wish to make a complaint, please ensure you contact our Customer Service Team within 3 months of dropping the yacht off.

We know that on occasion, you may feel that your complaint has not been resolved to your full satisfaction, so if you are not happy about the way in which we have handled your complaint, you may refer your complaint to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider; Small Claims Mediation (UK) Limited ( is accredited by the Civil Mediation Council and listed on the Ministry of Justice online directory of mediation providers. As we aim to resolve all of our disputes internally, we are not obliged to submit to an ADR procedure operated by any independent ADR provider.

Mechanical problems / accidents for yacht

If after delivery the Vessel shall at any time be disabled by breakdown of machinery, grounding, collision or other cause so as to prevent reasonable use of the Vessel by the CHARTERER for a period between twelve (12) and forty-eight (48) consecutive hours or one tenth (1/10th) of the Charter Period, whichever is the shorter (and the disablement has not been brought about by any act or default of the CHARTERER) the OWNER shall make a pro rata refund of the Charter Fee for the period of the disablement or, if mutually agreed, allow a pro rata extension of the Charter Period corresponding with the period of disablement. If the CHAR-TERER wishes to invoke this clause he shall give Immediate notice to the Captain directly, (or via the Broker). The CHARTERER shall not be liable for extra costs relating to the immobilization of the Vessel but will remain liable for normal expenses during the period of disablement.

In the event of the actual or constructive total loss of the Vessel or if the Vessel is disabled as aforesaid for a consecutive period of more than forty-eight (48) hours or one tenth (1/10th) oi the Charter Period, whichever is shorter, the CHARTERER may terminate this Agreement by notice in writing to the OWNER via the Brokers or to the Captain if no means of communication is available. Within two (2) working days after such termination, the Charter Fee shall be repaid by the OWNER pro rata without interest for that proportion of the Charter Period outstanding after the date and time on which the loss or disablement occurred. In the event of such termination the CHARTERER may affect re-delivery by giving up possession of the Vessel where she lies. The CHARTERER shall be entitled to recover from the OWNER the reasonable cost of returning the CHARTERER and his Guests to the Place of Re-Delivery together with reasonable accommodation expenses incurred.

Alternatively, after a consecutive period of disablement of more than forty-eight (48) hours or one tenth (1 /10th) of the Charter Period, whichever the shorter, and dependent on the nature and seriousness of the disablement, by mutual agreement the CHARTERER may elect to remain on board for the duration of the Charter Period and the CHARTERER will then have no further or additional claim against the OWNER.


However, you, the renter, choose to book, it is important to understand how and when a contract is formed. The technical steps required for a contract to be formed are as follows.

When we quote prices over the telephone or place our services on our website, we are inviting you, the renter, to make an offer for their purchase.

You, the renter, do not make this offer until you do so verbally or by clicking 'Book Now' on our 'Payment Details' page.

You, the renter, will have made us an offer to purchase the services once you have either done so verbally or clicked 'Book Now'. WWW.ALBATROSSLCCYACHTING.COM will have accepted this offer once we have both received the necessary payment and made your voucher available to you, the renter. Where the arrangement with the car hire company is for us to act as an agent, acceptance of your offer is by WWW.ALBATROSSLCCYACHTING.COM as agent on behalf of the car hire company.

WWW.ALBATROSSLCCYACHTING.COM is responsible for losses you, the renter, directly suffer as a result of WWW.ALBATROSSLCCYACHTING.COM breaking this agreement if the losses are a foreseeable consequence of WWW.ALBATROSSLCCYACHTING.COM breaking the agreement. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by both you and WWW.ALBATROSSLCCYACHTING.COM at the time the agreement is formed. We are not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by you, the renter, and us; nor are we liable for, without limitations, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill or consequential losses, damages or costs.

We shall not be liable ourselves or vicariously through the yacht hire companies for either any failure to perform or any delay in performing any of our obligations under or pursuant to this booking, voucher, rental or terms & conditions, if and in so far as performance is delayed, hindered or prevented by force majeure, which expression shall mean any event beyond the reasonable control of the party in question.

In the event that the force majeure persists for more than 14 consecutive days, WWW.ALBATROSSLCCYACHTING.COM may terminate and withdraw this booking by giving 14 days' notice to your, the renter's, original billing address and refunding all amounts paid prior to the force majeure event.



In this Agreement 'force majeure' means any cause directly attributable to acts, events, non-happenings, omissions, accidents or Acts of God beyond the reasonable control of the OWNER, the Crew, or the CHARTERER (including, but not limited to, strikes, lock-outs or other labor disputes, civil commotion, riots, acts of terrorism, blockade, invasion, war, fire, explosion, sabotage, storm, collision, grounding, fog, governmental act or regulation, contaminated fuel, major mechanical or electrical breakdown beyond the Crew's control and not caused by lack of maintenance by OWNER's or Crew's negligence). Crew changes and shipyard delays not attributable to the aforementioned causes, do not constitute force majeure.

WWW.ALBATROSSLCCYACHTING.COM have the right to cancel a booking upon limited or immediate notice in certain circumstances, such as the insolvency of a yacht hire company. In all circumstances we will use our reasonable endeavors to arrange for the supply of an alternative car, but at periods of high demand it may not be possible. Where a customer has made a fully pre-paid booking and we notify the customer up to 48 hours before pick-up, the customer will receive a return of all monies already paid. In the unlikely circumstance WWW.ALBATROSSLCCYACHTING.COM provide a fully pre-paid customer with notice of cancellation within 48 hours of pick-up, we will provide a full refund of all monies paid and cover other foreseeable

Losses incurred by the customer as a consequence of us breaking the agreement.

Where a customer has made a deposit booking and we notify the customer up to 7 days before pick-up, the customer will receive a return of all monies already paid. Where we provide a deposit customer with notice of cancellation within 7 days of pick-up, we will provide a full refund of all monies paid and cover other foreseeable losses incurred by the customer as a consequence of WWW.ALBATROSSLCCYACHTING.COM breaking the agreement.

Making Bookings and Purchasing or Requesting Products or Services

If you wish to make bookings or to purchase or request products or services described on this website, we (or our business partners) may ask you to supply certain data applicable to your booking or purchase – including, without limitation, credit card information and other personally identifiable data about you. You understand that any such data will be treated by us in the manner described in our privacy policy. You agree that all data that you provide for this purpose will be accurate, current and complete. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or any users of your account, credit card or other payment mechanism at the rate(s) or price(s) in effect when such charges are incurred. You will also be responsible for paying any applicable taxes relating to your purchases.

Verification of submitted data may be required prior to our acceptance of any booking, purchase or order. Except as otherwise required by law or as otherwise expressly stated by us, price, rate and availability of products or services are subject to change without notice. You acknowledge that bookings, purchases and services are subject to additional terms & conditions imposed by us or by the yacht hire company which supplies your car.

Website Conditions of Use

It is prohibited for anyone to use any device or software program to directly or indirectly interface, or attempt to interface, with this website to retrieve content and/or any other data, including prices. It is also prohibited to interfere, or attempt to interfere, with the normal working of this website; any activity that we consider places undue load or stress on our systems will be terminated. We constantly monitor everyone accessing our website, and the activities of any automated systems or persons conducting an unreasonable amount of searches, with the aim of accessing information and/or prices, will be terminated and those systems/persons blocked from our websites. Your use of the website indicates your agreement to be bound by these Conditions of Use.

Data security - Personal data of customer's / security policy

All personal information and credit card collected by our websites go through a secure server using 128-bit encryption to protect your information. Your browser indicates that you are using a secure server by displaying a bottom of the browser window lock icon: the padlock appears in the locked position, to specify that you are using a secure server. This security feature is enabled only on web pages where you can see or enter personal information or payment.

Data security - Credit card information

The credit card data that customers provide to us is encrypted and stored in application servers and database servers, they are not encoded when a booking is displayed by the system booking. Nobody from Albatross Lufthansa have access to the database, and even in the unlikely event of the loss or compromise of the database, credit card numbers may otherwise appear encoded to a third party. The server records of the application servers are the only other place where credit card data is stored, we keep the equivalent of 31 days' registry extracts any data over 3 days is then compressed in a file protected by separate password.

Data security - Personal data of customers

The names and addresses of our customers, details of their bookings as well as their email addresses are stored in the application servers and database servers. The data is never shared, used by or sold to anyone outside WWW.ALBATROSSLCCYACHTING.COM without consent. The customer names and email addresses are used by us of Sales and Marketing for sending promotional emails, quotes stimulus and special offers by email to our customers via the MailJET messaging system.

Data security - Privacy
